Exploring Lisbon’s Green Lungs and Waterfront area

From the bustling city center to a quiet natural area away from the crowds.
You will easily reach Monsanto  Park riding along shared lanes and Bikes lanes. Riding past Avenida da Liberdade you will feel on top of the city when you get to Parque Eduardo VI.

As you continue on a Bike Lane towards the Park a truly unique view over Lisbon’s majestic Aqueduct. From nowhere else in the city you will get such view of the Aqueduct!

Monsanto Park is a local playground for cycling, running and enjoying outdoors time!
You will ride along low traffic roads, bikes lanes, sometimes through closed forest areas and often with amazing views over the city, the south bank and as far as the eye can see. The trained eye can even spot Pena Palace in Sintra from afar!

You will follow your way down, towards the Tagus River and the Belem Quarter and then continue along Lisbon’s waterfront bike lane, enjoying some great views at a relaxed pace.

“It was an amazing experience. I really enjoyed the route from Corpo Santo, Monsanto park, Belem and the river side of river Tagus.

We did the route for ourselves but with the indications from Bikeiberia”
